Endringsledelse - master

This two-year master's programme in change management teaches students to understand and influence change processes in public, private and non-profit organisations. Students learn to handle complex challenges, lead restructuring and new forms of organisation, and practise socially responsible leadership that balances organisational goals against values such as environment, wellbeing, fairness and democracy. The programme develops critical reflection on how decisions affect individuals, organisations and society. A practice option is available in the third semester, and an exchange semester abroad is possible. The award is a master's degree in change management (endringsledelse) of 120 credits.
