BA/BS in Zarządzanie

Students prepare to work in interdisciplinary project and task teams, carry out business analysis, and launch new projects and initiatives in entrepreneurship and innovation. Coursework covers management, economics, finance, the process approach, the digital economy, and various forms of entrepreneurship and innovation. Students learn to evaluate and design management models, to identify, describe and improve business processes, and to assess the profitability and efficiency of projects. The programme lasts six semesters and awards the licencjat degree. Graduates may hold management posts, particularly in organisations pursuing digital transformation, and work in digital technology companies, design and advisory units, especially in business analytics, innovation, research and development, and project financing and budgeting.
