BA/BS in Computer Science

The Bachelor's programme in Computer Science gives broad training across the whole field, from mathematics and information science to hardware and software. Students share the first year with Communication Systems students, including a project that offers their first experience of a specialisation, and may switch to Communication Systems at the end of that year. The second and third years continue mathematics and physics and add classes on systems architecture, databases and programming languages, with optional extra knowledge in physics, mathematics and life sciences.
