Overview

The Oral and Dental Health associate degree runs for two years in Turkish. It trains dental health technicians who prepare the dental treatment setting, receive patients and assist dentists at each stage of treatment. The programme combines theoretical and practical training with internship opportunities. Graduates are awarded the title of Dental Health Technician and can work in dental departments of public, private and foundation universities, hospitals, dental clinics and dental product companies. An internship is included.

Admission Requirements: High school diploma and a sufficient TYT score; central placement via ÖSYM. 38 places; lowest placement score 352.8 (success rank 395,263).

Application Details

Application Process: Turkish applicants list the programme among their choices (tercih) in ÖSYM's central placement after the YKS results each July; international applicants apply directly to the university's international student office under the YÖS quota, usually between May and August.
