PGCert in Educational Administration and Supervision

This advanced certificate prepares scholars, leaders and analysts with a base in policy, practice and inquiry. Graduates can develop, implement and evaluate programs for local, regional and national settings. Licensure options include supervisor or director and special education administrator, and the courses build the professional knowledge needed to meet state licensure standards. An intensive clinical relationship ties each student to an experienced field practitioner and a university supervisor, leading into a practicum. All candidates must pass a comprehensive examination. The program page sets out course requirements and learning outcomes in detail, and applicants are pointed to the school's own site for contact and admissions questions. Study can be organized around advisor guidance, and candidates are encouraged to review prerequisites and policies before applying.
