AA/AS in Business Administration, Management and Operations

Leadership skills and a wide business foundation are the goals of this two-year associate degree. Students practice sound decision making, along with planning, organizing, directing and evaluating how an organization performs its tasks. The curriculum surveys how a company functions, touching accounting, marketing, economics, ethics, management, human resources and international business. Anyone who completed the technical diploma in Business Generalist, or the college's certificate for Business Associates, already holds credits toward the degree. Courses can be taken in person or online, at Eau Claire and River Falls or entirely remote, and Eau Claire admits students in both fall and spring. Federal financial aid may be available. Previous jobs or coursework can be reviewed for credit, and transfer agreements exist with other institutions.
