Overview

Electrical Engineering at Community College of Baltimore County is an Associate of Science in Engineering offered face to face at the Catonsville and Dundalk campuses. Students work through a shared engineering foundation that covers logic and design, engineering design, electricity and electronics, calculus, programming and circuit courses. Communication and English requirements round out the plan of study. The published sequence assumes no transfer credit and no remaining developmental courses. A load of 33 credits per year finishes the degree in two years, and advisors can help students tailor the path to their goals. Students interested in transferring or entering engineering fields will find a structured path with room to talk to an advisor about changes along the way.
