Cert in Legal Support Services

The Paralegal Studies certificate is a one-year program that readies students for beginning careers in law. It introduces legal principles, research, writing and areas of law that paralegals draw on in daily work. Every course in the certificate counts toward the associate degree in Legal Studies with a paralegal focus, which makes it a practical first step for students who later want to extend their education. The certificate is offered at the Knight campus in Warwick.
