MA/MS in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services

The MBA/RD, a business degree with a coordinated dietetics program, prepares students with prior nutrition coursework to become Registered Dietitian Nutritionists. It pairs dietetics training with business basics such as management, accounting, law, finance, marketing and operations. Students gain hands-on experience in key dietetics areas and learn in small classes. The program holds accreditation from both ACEND and AACSB, and it can be completed in as little as 21 months at the River Forest campus near Chicago. Participation in the DICAS match is not required, and early acceptance is offered. Graduates are positioned for leadership in dietetics, the food industry, health care and other nutrition-related fields.
