BA/BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations

The management major trains students to lead with ethical judgment, resting on both ideas and applied practice. It belongs to the college's business school, where ethics and social justice run through the courses and where students ask how both commercial and nonprofit organizations can succeed while doing good. A liberal arts base underpins the major. Students develop abilities in critical thinking, solving problems, communicating, working with numbers, leading, collaborating, understanding global matters and using technology. Located in Boston, the college can connect classroom study to business through internships and projects around the city. Graduates are readied to work as general managers across many industries, applying what they learned about ethical leadership, organizations and people to real workplaces after they leave campus.
