MA/MS in Finance and Financial Management Services

Students in Florida State's Master of Science in Finance practice applying theory to practical financial problems. The curriculum lines up with the CFA and CAIA credentials, and several specializations let students tailor the degree to the career they want. Resources include a trading room outfitted with Bloomberg and FactSet tools and an investment fund that students manage themselves. Small classes mean regular contact with faculty. Only one cohort enters per year, in the summer term beginning in late June, and the program wraps up the following May. Applicants who hope for competitive assistantships should have completed applications in by the January priority date.
