MA/MS in Landscape Architecture

The first-professional landscape architecture master's (M.L.A. I) at the Harvard Graduate School of Design is an accredited professional degree. It is meant for people whose bachelor's degree lies outside the design fields. The school also offers related graduate paths in the same field, including a post-professional M.L.A. II for those who already have a professional landscape architecture degree, and a Master of Landscape Architecture in Urban Design for graduates of five-year professional programs. Applications are submitted to the Graduate School of Design. This route suits career changers who want accredited preparation for landscape architecture practice. Prospective applicants should consult the program page for current admission requirements, deadlines and cost information, because the school publishes those details separately. The page also names the offering school and links to the place where an application can be started.
