AA/AS in Business Administration, Management and Operations

Students learn to lead staff, run operations and allocate resources, and develop communication, problem-solving and strategic thinking for leadership roles. Guest speakers, business tours, simulations and projects for local firms supplement classes. The degree can be finished entirely on the web or through a combination of campus and remote classes, with specialization options and transfer pathways. Completing the program leads to an Associate in Applied Science degree from Mid-State Technical College, with 65-66 credits required and a planned length of two years.
