AA/AS in Agriculture/Veterinary Preparatory Programs

Pre-Professional Veterinary is an Associate of Arts transfer route for people who want to enter animal health and science fields. Students complete the prerequisites for veterinary school or move on toward a related bachelor's degree. Note that the degree cannot qualify a student to be licensed as a veterinary technician. Learners take general education and prerequisite classes at lower cost, and they can attend on campus, online or in both formats. Small sections mean more individual attention and discussion. Advisors and career staff help students pick courses that fit their transfer plans and keep them progressing toward a bachelor's degree. Interested applicants can ask the college for more details, arrange a visit to the campus, or begin an application directly through its website.
