PGCert in Human Resources Management and Services

The human resource management graduate certificate offers advanced training for people entering HR or for mid-career professionals who want a credential to support advancement. It is a hybrid offering from the Welch College of Business & Technology. Courses address the main functions of an HR department, including talent management, performance management, legal issues and the financial impact of HR on an organization. Each course is delivered live in person in the evening, streamed at the same time, and recorded for later viewing. The recommended course of study totals twelve credits. Applicants need a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution, a graduate application, two recommendations and a personal statement, and completed courses may count toward the MBA.
