MA/MS in Public Administration

The Master of Public Administration develops leaders who oversee staff, locations and finances with a worldwide outlook, in government, public service and nonprofit work. It suits both people starting in public service and those aiming for senior management. Courses explore policy, international settings and leadership inside organizations. Students solve realistic scenarios and, if they lack experience, can be linked with internships in public, governmental or nonprofit organizations. Graduates are prepared to take on influential leadership positions in the United States and elsewhere. Alumni point to flexibility, an inclusive atmosphere and faculty support as strengths of the program. The program is built for people who want to lead in public settings and can accommodate those changing careers as well as those already employed in government.
