PhD in Educational Administration and Supervision

This graduate program at Western Kentucky University offers educational leadership for scholarly practitioners, using improvement science and a dissertation-in-practice. Applicants meet the university's Graduate Studies admission standards together with any conditions the department adds. The curriculum is organized around a defined list of required and elective courses, and a program coordinator guides candidates through planning and progression. Some pathways also connect with an accelerated bachelor's-to-master's option for strong WKU undergraduates. The page also lists the faculty contact, the credit structure and the courses that make up the plan of study, so applicants can compare the offering with their own goals and prior preparation before they commit to an application. Applicants should consult the official graduate catalog entry for current requirements, concentration options and contact details.
