MA/MS in Educational Administration and Supervision

This graduate program prepares experienced teachers to step into school leadership and to work toward principal certification for grades PK-12. Students may complete it on campus or online, which suits educators who need to keep their current jobs while they study. Everyone starts with a foundational course on the role of the principal as a leader of a school community. Faculty are working practitioners, so classes draw on real situations from schools. Fieldwork happens inside the student's own district, with supervision from both an instructor and a mentoring principal. Staying with a cohort through the sequence supports progress toward certification. Graduates are prepared for administrative positions in their districts. Employer tuition deferment and financial aid are available to eligible students.
