Bachelor in Public Relations and Marketing Communication

This bachelor course sits within the Department of Communication Sciences and offers a broad grounding in media and communication, with a focus on public relations and on marketing messages. It presents students with a range of theoretical and conceptual viewpoints and aims to build the skills needed to work in this area professionally. The department links the course to the wider mission of University College Bedër and to international standards. It seeks to produce graduates who respect professional ethics, analyse facts and situations carefully, think critically, communicate well and understand the ethical weight of their decisions. Particular attention goes to the place that public relations and marketing-led messaging hold within both public and private institutions. The curriculum draws on practice at a number of vocational universities and prepares students to continue into later study cycles, whether academic or professional.
