Motorcycle and Sport Vehicle Repair is a 28-week Ontario College Certificate offered by Canadore College at its Commerce Court Campus, delivered full-time and on-campus. Students learn to identify, inspect, test and troubleshoot motorcycle, sport-vehicle and small-engine systems across a range of vehicles including motorcycles, personal watercraft, snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles and side-by-sides. Coursework covers steering, suspension and brake systems, engine systems, drive-train systems, and electrical and electronic systems, combining classroom instruction with hands-on shop-based diagnosis, inspection and repair work. On completion, students receive a Motive Power Fundamentals – Motorcycle and Sport Vehicle Repair certificate. Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent with Grade 12 College or University English (ENG4C or ENG4U); applicants whose first language is not English must provide proof of English language proficiency.
