Diploma in Techniques d’administration et de gestion : entrepreneuriat

Techniques d'administration et de gestion – entrepreneuriat (410.G0) is a three-year technical DEC at Cegep de Trois-Rivieres, updated in Fall 2025 from the former DEC en gestion de commerces. Students turn business ideas into real projects, learning to build a business model and write a business plan while covering the operational areas of a company: human resources, customer service, accounting, finance and marketing. Courses span the full range of business functions, with practical work grounded in current market realities. Students put knowledge into practice through the program's student-run enterprise, Vision C3R, and build a professional network during their studies, with a paid summer work-study placement also available. Teaching staff are active in the entrepreneurship community and connected to the labour market. A DEC-Bac pathway leads to a Bachelor's in Business Administration in a fourth year, combining the DEC in Administration and Management – Entrepreneurship, completed after year three, with the university degree. The program suits students who want to launch and manage their own ventures or take on general-management roles in existing businesses.
