Learn to keep motorcycles, quads, snowmobiles, ATVs and more running at peak performance in the Motorcycle and Powersports Product Repair Techniques program. Why this program? The Motorcycle and Powersports Product Repair Techniques program will be your gateway to the motorcycle and power sports industry. Through training in the enviable Ashtonbee campus, Ontario’s largest transportation training facility, you'll learn essential diagnostic skills, practice hands-on techniques and gain the theoretical knowledge to best position yourself for employment in this exciting field. The best part? No previous experience is necessary. The program will teach you everything you need to know. What can I expect? Program instructors are not only connected to the industry but are also seasoned professionals with real-world experience who are committed to your success. You'll spend about 60 per cent of your time learning the theory and technique to build a solid base of knowledge on motorcycle and powersports repair. Not only will you learn essential diagnostic skills that you'll use throughout your career, but the offering will also cover a complete range of technical training in areas such as workplace practices, welding, mechanical systems, workplace safety and computers. Because hands-on practice is the best way to learn a skill, you'll spend the remaining 40 per cent of program time practicing and honing your skills in spacious, modern and well-equipped labs. What will I have when I’m done? You'll graduate with a base of knowledge and skills that will improve your job prospects and propel you into an excellent career. You'll also have a valuable certificate from a well-known and prestigious school, which has been trusted by the industry for more than 40 years, that you can use to help secure employment or an apprenticeship. Because the Motorcycle and Powersports Product Repair program is based on the Small Engine and Level 1 Motorcycle Technician apprenticeship curriculum, you'll have the opportunity to earn credit toward your apprenticeship requirement. You'll also have the potential to obtain a certification in manufacturer parts and service online systems.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, or mature-applicant status at 19 or older, plus Grade 12 English at the Workplace, College or University level, or equivalent, or a pass on Centennial's own English Admission Test. The programme page states only that English language proficiency is required, without publishing IELTS, TOEFL or other test scores, so international applicants must consult the college's general language-proficiency page. Students must supply their own personal protective equipment for lab work, including CSA-approved safety shoes, safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, coveralls and welding gloves.

Application Deadline:Centennial publishes no application deadline for this program; what follows is the Ontario college cycle that governs it. Domestic applicants apply through ontariocolleges.ca: for a program starting in Fall 2027 the equal-consideration date is 1 February 2027, and applications arriving after it are still assessed, but first-come first-served while places remain. Across the Ontario college system the application opened on 26 September 2026, offers may be issued from 1 November 2026, and an offer must be accepted by 1 May 2027. One $150 fee covers up to five program choices. International applicants apply directly to Centennial through its own international application process and are assessed on a rolling basis across the Fall, Winter and Summer intakes; the college publishes no fixed international closing date. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
