Multidisciplinary Studies is a certificate program offered by the Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB) that prepares students to succeed in college-level studies across several fields, including business, arts and hospitality, office administration, early childhood, natural resources, and community services. Coursework builds core competencies for the Canadian workplace and postsecondary studies: literacy, writing, numeracy, digital skills, English communication, intercultural awareness, resume preparation, job-search techniques, and interview practice, alongside an introduction to Canadian workplace norms and expectations. The program also raises awareness of cultural diversity issues to support teamwork and integration in a college or workplace setting. It runs 30 weeks and requires a personal laptop or similar device. It suits students who want to explore CCNB's program options before committing to a specific field, strengthen their study and communication skills, and build confidence for entering the labour market or continuing into another CCNB program.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Admission follows CCNB's Profile A: a New Brunswick high school diploma (regular, modified, or a combination of both).
