This 30-credit certificate, described as the only accredited creativity training of its kind in Quebec, develops creative and innovative competencies applicable across professional sectors. Students learn to identify and recognize the characteristics of creative thinking and to apply a structured creative problem-solving process, experimenting with new approaches, developing innovative ideas, and proposing alternative solutions to organizational challenges. The programme is offered part-time through evening and weekend courses at the Montreal campus. It is designed for working professionals and prepares graduates for roles in product and service design, research and development, product management, design leadership, team or project management, and change management. Admissions to this certificate are currently suspended and new applications cannot be submitted.
