Overview
Sciences humaines – Administration des affaires is one of four named profiles within Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne's pre-university Sciences humaines DEC, the others being Droit et relations internationales (law and international relations), Psychologie et relations humaines (psychology and human relations), and Éducation. The program page presents Sciences humaines as a broad social-science DEC intended to give students the knowledge base and experience needed to move on to a wide range of university programs, supported by an accessible and engaged teaching team and a range of student activities tied to the program. Within that shared framework, the Administration des affaires profile orients students' path toward business- and management-related interests while keeping the same general social-science core that runs across all four profiles, rather than functioning as a stand-alone technical business program. It suits students who are fairly confident they want to study business, commerce, or management at university but still want the breadth and flexibility of a general Sciences humaines DEC, including exposure to the program's wider activities and academic support, before specializing further in a university business faculty.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Domestic admission to Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne generally requires a Diplome d'etudes secondaires (DES), or a Diplome d'etudes professionnelles (DEP) together with Langue d'enseignement de 5e secondaire, Mathematiques de 4e secondaire and Langue seconde de 5e secondaire, as set out on the college's own admission page. The Sciences humaines program page links to its four subject profiles (Administration des affaires, Droit et relations internationales, Psychologie et relations humaines, Education), which all publish the same "cheminement sans mathematiques" (M0) prerequisite for this base profile: CST de 4e secondaire, or Mathematiques 514 or 416, or the equivalent. No separate English or French language test score is published for domestic applicants; French-language schooling is built into the DES/DEP route. Applications go through SRAM (admission.sram.qc.ca), with the Fall deadline of 1 March and the Winter deadline of 1 November.
Application Details
Application Deadline:Domestic applicants apply through SRAM (admission.sram.qc.ca): the college's page currently shows a fall deadline of 1 March 2026 (the cycle already under way) and a winter 2027 deadline of 1 November 2026; fall 2027 dates were not yet published at the time of this check. International applicants residing outside Canada apply through the college's own international-student process and must submit by 14 March for fall entry or by 31 May of the preceding year for winter entry; the college does not describe either deadline as rolling, though SRAM processes domestic applications in successive rounds while seats remain. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
