Business Administration - Marketing is a three-year Ontario College Advanced Diploma delivered in hybrid format at Conestoga's Kitchener - Doon campus. The program develops skills in digital marketing, advertising, brand development and sales: students build their own online brand, practise video marketing and work in a simulated agency environment, then collaborate with real clients on live projects in the final year to build a professional portfolio. Conestoga notes the program has one of the highest direct employment rates at the college.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or mature-student status at 19 years of age or older. Required subjects are Grade 12 compulsory English at a C (minimum 60%) or U (minimum 50%) level, or Conestoga's Preparatory Communications (COMM1251) at a minimum of 60%, and Grade 12 Mathematics at a C (minimum 55%) or U (minimum 50%) level, or Conestoga's Preparatory Mathematics (MATH1375) at a minimum of 55%. Conestoga notes that a sound mathematical and English background is important for success and that minimum cutoffs apply during selection. Applicants whose prior instruction was not in English must demonstrate English language proficiency; the programme page names no score of its own, so Conestoga's published diploma-level minimum applies: IELTS Academic 6.0 overall with no band below 5.5, TOEFL iBT 80 with no skill below 20, PTE Academic 53, or Duolingo 110. International applicants with credentials from outside Canada need a credential evaluation.
