PGCert in Esports Marketing and Event Management

Esports Marketing and Event Management is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate introducing students to the marketing and event management side of the esports industry. Coursework covers planning and launching esports events, including sponsorship, promotion, sales and marketing, combining theoretical study with applied industry skills across two academic terms. The program prepares graduates for roles supporting tournament organizers, teams, publishers and sponsors as the esports sector continues to expand globally. Students develop both the event operations knowledge and the marketing skill set needed to plan, promote and run esports events and competitions for organizations operating in this growing segment of the entertainment industry, building theoretical and applied skills intended to prepare graduates as leaders in one of the fastest-growing segments of the entertainment and sport industries worldwide.
