Diploma in Pharmacy Technician

Admission Requirements: Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (or equivalent), including Grade 12 English at the College or University (C/U) level, or an equivalent Mature Student Assessment, GED, or Academic and Career Entrance (ACE) credit, plus Grade 12 Math (College or University Preparation, or ACE Core Math UM602), Grade 11 or 12 Chemistry, and Grade 11 or 12 Biology (College or University Preparation). International applicants need an equivalent high-school/senior-secondary diploma with Grade 12 math, biology and chemistry credits, notarized translated transcripts, and IELTS Academic scores of Reading 7.0, Listening 7.0, Speaking 7.0 and Writing 6.5; Pharmacy Technician is the one Confederation program that accepts IELTS only, per the college's institution-wide English proficiency policy. Applicants short of the entry requirements are directed to the Pre-Health Sciences-Pathway to Certificates and Diplomas program, which does not guarantee later admission to this program.
