Bachelor of Organizational Management

The Bachelor of Organizational Management is a 90-credit-hour degree-completion program at Crandall University for working adults who have already completed one to two years of post-secondary study. Courses are taken one at a time, each running five to seven weeks, so students can continue full-time employment while completing the degree. Classes meet one evening per week on Crandall's campus. The curriculum builds written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills applied to workplace management and leadership. Using prior post-secondary credit toward the degree, students can finish in as little as 24 months. Admission requires applicants to be at least 21 years old, to submit official transcripts from all previously attended institutions and a detailed resume, and to pay a non-refundable application fee. The program is currently open only to Canadian citizens and permanent residents. The credential awarded is a Bachelor of Organizational Management, suited to working professionals who want to complete an undergraduate degree without leaving the workforce.
