Management is a four-year Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) specialist offered jointly by the Rotman School of Management and the Faculty of Arts and Science at the University of Toronto St. George campus. It is one of three Rotman Commerce specialist options, alongside Accounting and Finance and Economics, admitted through OUAC code TAC. The program builds leadership and analytical skills through flexible study paths, hands-on experience, and interdisciplinary exploration, with an optional work-integrated learning component. The BCom pairs business and management study with a liberal arts foundation from the Faculty of Arts and Science. Rotman Commerce enrols close to 3,300 students in total, about one-third from abroad, and runs career services such as resume coaching, interview preparation, and employer networking, alongside more than 30 student groups.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with six Grade 12 'U'/'M' courses including English, with required Grade 12 courses English (ENG4U/EAE4U) and Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U); the co-op component of Grade 12 courses is not used for admission. Offered as a Specialist within Rotman Commerce, Faculty of Arts & Science, at the St. George campus, with an optional work-integrated-learning component.
