Overview
The Business Law Post-Degree Diploma will teach you the fundamentals of business law. You’ll learn the basics of business, finance and accounting law, how to draft and interpret employment and service contracts, and more. This program is designed for business owners and managers, professionals in accounting, finance, risk management or human resources, and anyone who might have to review and negotiate contracts in a business or sales setting. You must already have a bachelor’s degree to take this program. You'll also have the option to participate in the Career Boost program.

Admission Requirements: On top of Douglas College's general admission requirements and English Language Proficiency requirement (proof of English proficiency, met with IELTS Academic 6.5, TOEFL iBT 83, PTE Academic 56, Duolingo English Test 110, CAEL 60 or another option the college accepts), this post-degree diploma requires an undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Canada, or an equivalent credential from an approved institution in another country. Applicants whose degree was earned in a language other than English must additionally meet Douglas College's English language proficiency requirement, using the same accepted tests.
