Graduate Diploma Complex Project Leadership

The Graduate Diploma in Complex Project Leadership, offered by the Telfer School of Management, is designed for practicing managers whose work involves the launch and management of large projects typically spanning many years. Coursework focuses on the project management and leadership skills required for this scale of work, covering systems thinking, acquisition strategies, risk management, business planning, implementation of complex projects, financial analysis and decision making, and problem solving in complex environments, plus an international study tour. Students complete 15 credits of coursework, drawn from compulsory courses and a set of electives chosen in consultation with program staff. The program is offered only in English, part-time only, with a single intake each September, and students must fulfill all requirements within a maximum of three years from admission. Graduates may be granted advanced standing in the Telfer EMBA in Complex Project Leadership (EMBA-CPL) program should they choose to pursue further studies.
