Certificate in Administration II

The Certificate in Administration II is a 30-credit-hour certificate and the second rung in First Nations University of Canada's laddered Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin) pathway, following the Certificate in Administration I and preceding a Diploma of Administration and the full Bachelor of Administration. The BAdmin program offers an Indigenous-centred approach to business leadership, governance, and management, balancing academic theory, strategic and conceptual thinking, and hands-on application of business principles across marketing, human resources, finance, accounting, entrepreneurship, and public administration. Because the certificates stack toward the diploma and degree, students can continue their studies toward the Bachelor of Administration without repeating coursework. Graduates of the Administration pathway are prepared for roles such as band manager, financial analyst, human resources professional, and project manager.
