Overview

Version coopérative du programme de programmation informatique, cette formation apprend à concevoir des applications web, mobiles ou autonomes avec des langages comme Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript, C# et Swift, appuyés de HTML, CSS, JSON et SQL, d'outils d'intelligence artificielle et de gestionnaires de versions. Le diplômé crée, teste, installe et maintient des applications reliées à des bases de données telles que MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server et MongoDB, diagnostique et corrige les problèmes et applique un style de programmation écoresponsable. La Cité est la seule à offrir ce programme en français en Ontario.

Requirements

Admission Requirements: Domestic entry requires the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, the Quebec DES, or the New Brunswick DES (or La Cité's mature-applicant test for candidates 19 or over without a diploma), plus a named mathematics course: Ontario asks for MCR3U, MCF3M or MAP4C (MCT4C is recommended in addition); Quebec for TS 064406, SN 065406, Mathématique 436, or Grade 5-secondaire CST mathematics; New Brunswick for 30321B (30411B is recommended in addition). A candidate who does not meet the mathematics requirement can still be admitted by passing the numeracy test on the Compétences pour réussir platform, or by completing La Cité's own preparatory mathematics course. The page sets no French or English test score; La Cité's institution-wide language-test page sets a minimum of 375 points (written comprehension) on the TCF or 352 points on the TEF for applicants who must demonstrate French competency by test.

Application Deadline: Domestic applicants apply through ontariocolleges.ca: for Fall 2027 entry the online application opened on 26 September 2026, colleges may start sending offers from 1 November 2026, and 1 February 2027 is the equal-consideration date; La Cité's own highly-competitive (quota) programmes are evaluated from 1 February 2027, with offers sent by mid-February 2027. International applicants apply through collegesdelontario.ca (SACO/OCAS) for a non-refundable CAD 350 fee and are checked against La Cité's own programme-availability table rather than a fixed date; the college states admission is competitive and never guaranteed, and publishes no fixed international closing date. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
