Overview
Requirements
Admission Requirements: La Cité recommends, but does not require, prior coursework in drawing, sketching, visual arts, graphic-design software or photography, and states that a basic knowledge of English is needed because the software used in class is in English; no test score is set for this. Domestic Ontario applicants need the OSSD or equivalent, or, at 19 or over, a pass on La Cité's mature-applicant test; Quebec applicants need the DES, and New Brunswick applicants the provincial DES, on the same mature-applicant basis. International applicants need a secondary diploma/baccalaureate or proof of enrolment in their final secondary year; La Cité states admission is competitive and never guaranteed.
