The Executive MBA in Digital Transformation is designed for experienced professionals seeking to strengthen their leadership capabilities in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. The program runs 15 months, beginning in July and concluding in September of the following year. It combines four in-person residential modules of eight to twelve days each, primarily held in Burlington, Ontario, with one off-site module, and online learning between residencies through interactive lectures, group collaboration and applied projects, requiring an average time commitment of approximately 25 hours per week between modules. There is no thesis requirement; instead, participants complete an integrative capstone project that begins in the first module and evolves throughout the program, drawing on material and case work covered across all four residencies and the online coursework between them.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Standard admission requirements for the Executive MBA in Digital Transformation are a four-year bachelor's degree in any discipline, a B average (73-77%) in the two most recent years of university study, considerable work experience including a significant amount in a managerial capacity (typically seven or more years), and demonstrated English proficiency in both written and oral form. Non-degree applicants are considered if they have a minimum of ten years of managerial experience. Applicants who fall short on work experience or degree requirements are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be asked to write the GMAT at the Director's discretion. The program has no thesis requirement; admitted students instead complete a capstone project across the program's four in-person residency modules.
