Diploma in Broadcasting – Radio, Television and Film (Television Production)

This three-year advanced diploma prepares students to create, produce and deliver professional content for television and broadcast media, with hands-on training in television production, studio and on-location work, livestreaming and digital content creation. The programme is delivered on campus at Niagara College's Welland campus across six terms. Entry requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent with Grade 12 English; background in photography, audio or video production, drama, multimedia, art, creative writing or mathematics is recommended but not required. The programme is open to international applicants, who apply through a separate international admissions process with language-proficiency and transcript requirements. Graduates gain practical experience across studio and location production environments, preparing them for entry-level roles in television and broadcast content production.
