Human Resources Management (Graduate Certificate)

Admission Requirements: Admission requires an Ontario College Diploma (or equivalent) or Bachelor's Degree. Proof of English proficiency is required; as a graduate certificate, Niagara College's institution-wide graduate-program scale applies: IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with no band under 5.5, TOEFL iBT 85 with a minimum of 22 in Writing and Speaking, Duolingo English Test 120 or above with no subscore below 100, PTE Academic 60 or above with no skill below 57, or CAEL 60 with no band under 50. Testing or other supplemental evaluation may be required during selection; most private-college credentials are not accepted as equivalent, and applicants should confirm eligibility with admissions.
