The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resource Management is a two-year programme designed for graduates holding a bachelor's degree in a non-business discipline. The curriculum covers recruitment, labour relations, compensation, training, and organizational strategy, alongside core business subjects including accounting, economics, marketing, management, ethics, law, statistics, and strategic decision-making. Specialized coursework addresses human resource management, change management, innovation leadership, recruitment and selection, industrial relations, compensation and rewards, occupational health and safety, human resources planning, and training and development. Eligible students may pursue an optional three- to four-month co-op placement, subject to a minimum of 24 Nipissing credits and a 70 percent average. The programme is offered full-time or part-time. Intakes are offered in the Fall and Winter terms. Graduates receive a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Nipissing University.
