Overview
The Human Resource Management Post-Baccalaureate Diploma will be of interest to students who have a non-business degree and want to return to university for one or two years to acquire a specialty in a functional area of business. Students with a first degree in business, but who want to change their area of focus, may complete a Post-baccalaureate diploma as well. Complete coursework in financial and management accounting, management information systems, human resource management, commercial law, leadership, organizational theory and design, employee and labour relations, business ethics, employment law, and more.

Admission Requirements: Admission requires a completed bachelor's degree, per Thompson Rivers University's Open Learning page for the Human Resource Management Post-Baccalaureate Diploma. Applicants are expected to have taken Foundations of Mathematics 12 or Pre-Calculus 12 (or the equivalent) and to hold at least six credits of university-level English; those without the math background may still be admitted but must complete equivalent courses approved by a program advisor.
