Admission Requirements: Domestic entry requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, or mature-applicant status, with six Grade 12 U or M courses averaging at least 65% overall, including Grade 12 English (ENG4U) and any Grade 12 U mathematics course, each at a minimum of 65%; Seneca runs free upgrading courses for applicants short of either subject. Graduates of Seneca's Business, Business – Marketing, Business Administration – Marketing, or Fashion Business diplomas with a GPA of 3.0 or higher qualify for advanced entry into the degree. English proficiency for international applicants follows Seneca's institution-wide standard for degree programs (senecapolytechnic.ca English requirements page): IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with no band below 6.0, TOEFL iBT with no skill score below 21, PTE Academic 60, Duolingo 115-120, or CAEL 70 with writing at least 60; domestic applicants meeting the Grade 12 English prerequisite are not asked for a formal test. International applicants may also be asked for further documents on a country-specific basis.

International applicants apply directly to Seneca, are assessed on a rolling basis with no fixed closing date, and are admitted up to the first day of classes or until a program fills, whichever comes first.
