Honours Bachelor of Information Technology (Cybersecurity) (Hybrid)Computers & TelecommunicationsOn-campusEnglish
"After I started my co-op, I noticed that many cybersecurity professionals working in the industry need a solid foundation in their respective fields. I have seen a noticeable difference with IFS graduates in the workplace, as they are often more well-rounded and prepared for challenging tasks that require strong problem-solving skills. Seneca graduates are better prepared than other cybersecurity program graduates in Canada for real-world cyber operations, which is evident from the number of IFS graduates, including myself, who were promoted to senior roles within two years of starting co-op positions."

“I had the honour of representing the Creative Advertising program as a student ambassador. Just a year ago, I had zero knowledge of advertising, feeling lost, confused and uncertain. Now, I’m representing the program that changed my life. From imposter syndrome to industry-ready, I’ve come a long way, and I’ve never been prouder of the person I’ve become. The industry has no idea what’s coming after the CAB program’s restructuring—it’s about to become a full-blown factory of talent, and we’re just getting started.”

“If it weren't for the ECE program at Seneca and the incredibly passionate professors, I would not understand how crucial the early years in a child’s life are. ECE helped set a solid foundation for always making sure I create a positive, motivating, safe and stimulating environment for every child I work with. So much so, that it drove me to want to work one-on-one with children with special needs - helping them improve their learning, communication and social skills. I can confidently say that I cannot picture myself doing anything other than working with young children and helping them flourish in their early years.”
