Bachelor of Computer Science (Hybrid)

Admission Requirements: DOMESTIC ACADEMIC ENTRY: an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, or mature-applicant status, including six courses from the University (U), University/College (M) or College (C) stream with an overall average of at least 65%. Two required courses must each be completed with a final grade of 65% or higher: Grade 12 English (C or U, or an equivalent course) and mathematics at Grade 12 (C or U) or Grade 11 (M or U), or an equivalent. Free English and mathematics upgrading courses are available to applicants who fall short. ADVANCED ENTRY: graduates of Ontario Computer Engineering Technology, Computer Programming & Analysis, or Computer Programming diploma and advanced diploma programs with a GPA of 65% or higher have a pathway into the degree. International applicants must present credentials assessed as equivalent to the Ontario prerequisites above - including six senior courses equivalent to Ontario university-preparatory credits at a 65% overall average - and meet Seneca's degree-level English standard: IELTS Academic 6.5 with no skill under 6.0, PTE Academic 60, CAEL 70 with writing no lower than 60, Duolingo 115-120, Cambridge English 176 with no skill under 169, or TOEFL iBT with no skill under 4.5/6 (21/30). Tests must be less than two years old.
