Overview
Co-op stream of the three-year Business Administration - Marketing advanced diploma, combining coursework in developing, integrating and executing marketing strategies with a typically paid full-time co-op work term completed between two academic semesters, in person, online or in hybrid format depending on the hiring organization. Co-op eligibility must be maintained, additional fees apply and the search is student-driven with in-class career workshops and one-on-one coaching; students may switch to the non-co-op stream at any time.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Domestic admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or entry as a mature applicant (19 by the first day of classes), in which case the OSSD is waived but the programme's own subject prerequisites still apply. The stated subject requirements are English at the Grade 12 C or U level, or an equivalent course, and Mathematics at Grade 12 C or U, or Grade 11 U or M, or an equivalent course. Canadian citizens and permanent residents who are short of the English and/or Mathematics prerequisite can instead qualify by passing Seneca's pre-admission test, and the college lists upgrading options for applicants who do not meet the subject requirements.
