Diploma in Business Administration – Human Resources

Business Administration – Human Resources is a three-year Ontario College Advanced Diploma at Sheridan College that extends the two-year Business Human Resources diploma with additional, more specialized human resources coursework. Students study topics not covered in the two-year program, including how to manage human resources data using current Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) software, alongside core business administration subjects. The first two years are taught at Sheridan's Davis Campus in Brampton and Hazel McCallion Campus in Mississauga, while third-year courses are taught exclusively at the Hazel McCallion Campus. The program prepares graduates for HR generalist and specialist roles that require both business administration fundamentals and applied HR systems knowledge in organizations of varying sizes.
