Diploma in Business Human Resources

Business Human Resources is a two-year Ontario College Diploma at Sheridan College that prepares students for entry-level human resources roles. Students first build general business administration knowledge, then focus on human resources specialties including talent recruitment, health and safety, and performance management. Students entering in September complete the program over two academic years, while students entering in January complete an accelerated, continuous 16-month schedule. Courses are taught at Sheridan's Davis Campus in Brampton and Hazel McCallion Campus in Mississauga. Coursework combines core business fundamentals with applied human resources practice relevant to entry-level HR roles. Graduates are prepared for entry-level HR coordinator, recruitment, and generalist support roles across a range of industries.
