Overview
This program provides a comprehensive foundation for your career as an Office Administrator. Graduates of the one-year Office Administration program, are able to perform a wide variety of office tasks and gain an understanding of Canadian business fundamentals, including business writing. Students will be taught basic computer skills, keyboarding, editing and revising skills, as well as administrative procedures. Those with good organizational skills, an interest in computers, the ability to follow directions, and strong communication skills should definitely consider this career choice.

Admission Requirements: Entry requires an OSSD with the majority of credits at College (C), University (U), University/College (M) or Open (O) level; no further Grade 12 courses are specified, and mature applicants without an OSSD may write the College's admission tests. The programme page sets no language score of its own, so the institution-wide certificate-level English requirement applies: IELTS Academic 6.0 overall, TOEFL iBT 60, PTE Academic 52, CAEL 60, CELPIP General 7.0 in each module, or Duolingo 110, scored within the last two years. Domestic applicants apply through Ontario Colleges, with February 1 as the equal-consideration date for Fall; international applicants apply through the International OCAS portal on a first-come, first-served basis.
