Early Childhood Education Administration Graduate Certificate

This graduate certificate builds on an Early Childhood Education diploma or degree, preparing ECE professionals for supervisory and administrative roles across the early years sector. Coursework covers administration, management and supervision practices specific to child care settings, including communication strategies, staff supervision and leadership, financial management, marketing and advocacy, and professionalism in early childhood contexts. Graduates are prepared for supervisory and administrative positions in centre-based child care, home-based child care, child and family programs, and children's services organizations. The program is delivered online in an asynchronous, part-time format, allowing students to study while working. Admission requires a diploma, advanced diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, and while a year of post-graduation experience is recommended, students may enrol directly after completing their ECE diploma.
