Université de Saint-Boniface's Maîtrise en éducation (M.Ed.) is a 30-credit, part-time graduate program that can be completed entirely at a distance, with hybrid delivery and intakes in fall, winter, and spring/summer. It combines theory, practice, and research to build advanced leadership skills for educators working in francophone and French-immersion schools, with particular attention to pedagogy in minority-language educational contexts, and includes an optional practicum. Students choose one of four specializations: School Administration, which builds on leadership experience in school administration and teaching; School Counseling, covering counseling theory, individual and group techniques, and interview methods with children, adolescents, and adults; Inclusive Education, focused on supporting students with disabilities and developing leadership and program-development skills in that area; or Language, Literacy and Curriculum, which allows students to design a personalized program in areas such as first- or second-language French, literacy, science, mathematics, or social studies education.
