This Certificate in Psychosocial Practices is a 30-credit, first-cycle undergraduate program that examines accompaniment practices in light of contemporary social issues, covering psychosociological practice, processes of accompaniment, popular education, collective intelligence, group dynamics, and themes such as pluralism, diversity, gender, Indigenous realities, marginality, and oppression. The program is delivered part-time in cohorts at locations across Eastern Quebec, the Cote-Nord, and Chaudiere-Appalaches regions. Admission is available through three routes: a Quebec DEC (or equivalent); completion of at least four university-level courses (12 credits) with a cumulative average of 2.5 out of 4.3; or relevant knowledge and experience in human relations, community intervention, or a related practice field. All applicants must meet UQAR's French-language proficiency requirement or pass an institutional French exam. Admission dates depend on when each regional cohort reaches its enrollment threshold.
